How is my Longevity Score calculated?
It blends your onboarding lifestyle answers, your physique photo estimate, and any lab reports you upload. Daily habits feed a separate consistency score. Every output is an estimate — see our AI Disclaimer.
Why does PRIXINI ask for a photo?
A physique photo helps estimate visible body composition for a more personalized score. Photos are processed securely, are never sold or shared, and you can delete them at any time.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Your data is locked to your account and never sold. Read our Privacy Policy and Health Data Policy for the full detail.
Is PRIXINI a medical service?
No. PRIXINI is a wellness and longevity tool, not a medical diagnosis, and it does not replace your doctor. See our Medical Disclaimer.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Full instructions are on our Delete Account page.

- Export or access your data — email privacy@prixini.com and we’ll help.
- Correct your information — update your profile in the app, or contact us.
- Delete your account — in the app via Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or follow our Delete Account guide.

5. Report a Problem
Found a bug, an upload failure, or an AI result that looks wrong or concerning? Please tell us — it genuinely helps us improve. Email support@prixini.com with:
- What you were doing when the problem happened;
- What you expected, and what actually happened;
- Your device and app version (in the app under Profile → Settings), if you have them.
