1. Overview
Your data belongs to you. Prixini Private Limited (“PRIXINI”) lets you delete your account and everything associated with it whenever you choose — no need to email us, and no questions asked.
There are two ways to delete your account: in the app (the fastest way, available to everyone who can sign in) or by email (for anyone who can no longer access their account). Both are described below.
2. Delete From Inside the App
The PRIXINI iOS and Android apps include built-in account deletion. To delete your account:
- Open the PRIXINI app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation screen, then confirm by tapping Delete Forever. You may be asked to re-enter your password or re-authenticate for security.

Once confirmed, your account is deactivated immediately, you are signed out, and deletion of your data begins right away.
3. What Gets Deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data from PRIXINI, including:
- Your profile and account details (name, email, and profile photo);
- All health information you provided (age, body metrics, lifestyle, goals, and history);
- Every uploaded photo — body photos, face photos, and profile images;
- Every uploaded document — blood reports, lab reports, and medical files;
- Your Biological Age, Longevity Score, and all derived metrics and trends;
- Your AI insights, recommendations, missions, and AI chat history;
- Your leaderboard participation and ranking;
- Your referral data;
- All other personal data stored by PRIXINI and your uploaded files in secure storage.
Your authentication record is deleted and all active sessions are invalidated.
4. Deletion Is Permanent
This action cannot be undone
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and we cannot restore your account, history, scores, or uploads. If you want to use PRIXINI again later, you will need to create a new account and start over.
5. Can't Access the App?
If you can no longer sign in — for example, you deleted the app, lost access to your device, or forgot your credentials — you can still request deletion by email.
Email support@prixini.com from the email address associated with your PRIXINI account, with the subject “Account deletion request.” Please include:
- The email address (and name, if any) on your PRIXINI account;
- A short statement that you want your account and data permanently deleted.
We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and then permanently delete your account and data. We will confirm by email once it is done.
6. What We May Retain
After deletion, we remove your personal data from our active systems. In limited cases we may retain a minimal amount of information only where required — for example, records needed to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, to resolve disputes, or to prevent fraud and abuse. Any such records are kept only for as long as the law requires and are then deleted. Residual copies may persist briefly in secure backups before being overwritten. 7. Timeline
- In-app deletion — begins immediately on confirmation; you are signed out at once and data removal completes within a short period.
- Email requests — actioned promptly after we verify ownership, typically within a few business days.
- Backups — residual backup copies are overwritten on our normal backup cycle.
